		<description>True, it is probably more difficult for blogs like theirs to respond to all their email... I was really more referring to the relationship of an ecommerce business to a customer, and in that role, I do think it is important for a business to respond to their customer emails.</description>

		<description>I think whether you answer email or not does say something about you. I also think it's near impossible for some one-person operations. I can only imagine how much email someone like Darren Rowse or John Chow gets each day. That's one of the nice things about not being an A-lister is that you can still have real communication with your readers.</description>
