@myvdo1 You get you’re first project by working for next to bear slave wages and lowballing other foks going for the job. Then (assuming the buyer doesn’t screw you over) you get you”re money in like 12 days or something crazy. It’s a gamble indeed, but not as bad as some of the others.

“finding the best talent at competitive rates”…the motivated and exceptional employee you won’t find at competitive – or low – rates. meaning: a company who think odesk is a chance saving money in high-skilled jobs, i’m quite skeptical.

I absolutely love this site and I recommend it to any buyers of labor. It brings in true competition among employees. You get great prices for unskilled work, ok prices for skilled work. If you’re an employee and are very skilled, you will make a ton of money.

If you are talented in any industry then odesk = money for you
if you have money to spend then odesk = quality for you !
i personally or commercially wont talk abt odesk to ppl because chances even your competitor will use and screw your business !!
Odesk = Future..

@thebloddyzorrow paypal. there are different assignments. could be data entry, virtual assistant, website building, seo, blogging, etc. click the hourly instead of fix pay checkbox when looking for a job, that way $ will automatically be deducted from your employer’s debit/credit card.

@thebloddyzorrow I haven’t got scammed and I never will. LOL. before you go apply for jobs or before you accept an interview. MAKE SURE that the PAYMENT METHOD is VERIFIED. In that way, you won’t get scammed.

hello everyone her, im just curious of how to work with odesk, im already signing her. but i dont really know if its work for me because im signing odesk and at the same time working outside in real work, so i have a short time log in odesk. is there any chance for me to work her hourly. without compromising my job outside the net.
